Okay, so hear me out on this one. I know i'm officially throwing my hat into the "star wars" ring here, but I had this idea and just had to see how much support for it we might have. I'm by no means the biggest star wars geek here, however, I did grow up with only 3 stars wars movie, Episode V being my favorite. In particular, the opening of the movie, the assault on the ice planet "Hoth". We always play the same winter themed games in Nov., Dec., and Jan. I was thinking, since there are no games currently on the calendar for these months, and if there was enough interest, that we might consider playing an "Assault on Hoth" game during our snowy winter months. If the field looked anything like it did for Battle of Moscow, it would be great. We could use the town for the Rebel Base, the Arc's walking "bomber/fighter" plane could be a snow speeder, and I'm sure we could think of some other super geeky things to make brittle paint and sub freezing tempatures more fun. Agian, this is just a idea. I know it far from our norm of real-war themed games, but I know there are star wars fans out there. Any thoughts from the peanut gallery??

What would we use as AT ATs? thats a good idea of a game and we could have snow troopers, rebels and yetis as teams!

we could just make a few "2 man walking tanks" for AT-ATs, it'd be pretty easy. its not as if anything else would work in the snow anyway.

Mission Masters is having a Star Wars game on September 5th.  I plan on hitting that one, obviously.  I'd really like to battlefront with an assault on Hoth game also though, that would be fun!

I havnt had any problem with the paint, and havnt heard too much complaint either. Very few times there has been 1-2 problems before this new dealer.

 If you are referring to sometime like Moscow, well then...you are an idiot.
