    Re: USA Draft

hmmm, seems to be a little quiet around here. I assume that all the smack talk has run its course and that the rest of you NON-U.S. players have simply accepted your inevitable fate, of showing up, paying your money, and then being disappointed at the end of the day.... reality can be so harsh sometimes....

    Re: USA Draft

I wanted to make sure that I was nice and tan for the World at War game considering my role for this one. So instead of smearing on some bronzer or lying in one of those pressure cookers, I booked myself a trip to Orlando for the week.  As I will be "out of the office" from Monday until next Sunday, Hannibal will be taking over responsibility for the American team while I'm away.  For those of you who have had direct contact with me and assisted in the planning for the game, please see Hannibal this week for anything further.  I'll return any messages on Sunday.

why do you think that I recruit certain people for my team.....   (as the rest of the team chants "his name is Robert Palson, his name is Robert Palson...." in the background)

I'm back.  Florida was lovely.  85 and sunny for a solid week.  If it weren't for Battlefront, I'd have moved there long ago...

    Re: USA Draft

I ended up with 147 unread emails when I came back.  All this with the out of office assistant on.  If it hadn't been for my coworkers lending a hand and checking my email while I was out, I would have had well over 300 unread emails along with their corresponding tasks and requests.

Take my advice kids... go with the 6 or 7 year plan for college.  Avoid the real world as long as you can.  Don't worry about the additional debt you'll rack up while in school for the additional time.  You'll have more than you know what to do with anyway after a few years...

It should be noted that a 6-7yr plan works out better in the end if u end up with a Bachelors Degree instead of an Associates Degree. Trust Hannibal on this one.

Well kids, it's Christmas eve!  In that spirit, the American team has thoughtfully gone out and gotten you all a gift.  It's a big ol' humble pie.  Mmmmm.  Save it for after the game!
