    Re: WAW: my response

I have almost 200 photos that will be posted on photo bucket just as soon as they all finish uploading (about 1 mega piece).

Thanks to everyone that turned out, and all the players that played honorably.  Very few complaints about behavior of other player were heard, and that is thanks to all of YOU.

As far as chronograph goes, there were a couple instances of players that had guns shooting hot.  A player told me, and I had the questionable players checked.  They were shooting hot, but it was judged to NOT be intentional.  Thanks to the guy that came to me and informed me nicely (instead of yelling and screaming).  I would rather fix the issue during the game than deal with complaints afterwards.

    Great times

Ivan, sorry, but where is photo bucket?? On this site?
Great Job ARC, and BFPB! Another excellent scenario! Great day! No real complainst from me. There are always a few problems in a game no matter how much you preach sportsmanship, some people just don't know what that is!!! That has nothing to do with the game, just a fact of life.
    Couple memories:
One air drop put me beside the Reichstag, my partner, don’t remember his name, and I spun and took out 4 or five enemy. He was hit, I got to the back door and cleaned out the building. First hit the bottom step and taking 3 out of the tower and then hitting the guy in the front. Shot three Japs at center of town. I went back and posted under the steps. One guy ran right at me and took one in the chest, he went down in pain. I think it hurt. : ) He was a little more than upset with me. Back front took two more Japs at center. Back to the steps, I hit another as he entered the door. Then I heard someone jump in the front, one shot in the side through the interior window.  Back to the steps third man entered . I missed him as he got behind wall. I went around wall and was shot through a window.  All in all I lasted about 20 minutes in the Reich alone surrounded by enemy. Great fun.

I had a particularly good time charging the Luddy with 90 seconds to go at the end of the day, and getting shot up by the Mercs. (Mercs were cool!)
Just a hint, anytime there is an objective to be had with a minute or so to go in a game, look for TheOldGuy to run,….trot… ok maybe hobble, (which is a sort of charge), the guns. I love it.

Good job TGE and his XO great playing with  First Strike and Biohazard again.

    Re: WAW: my response

Thanks again to Battlefront for a great game...Also Great Job Arc Troopers for putting this one together, Biohazard will definately be back again...Mike and Robbie, great job taking command, we did all that we could...1st Strike it was an honor playing with you guys again, hopefully we can get the win next time..Lou, with 90 seconds left man there was no amount of fire that I could get on the tower that could have gotten you into the base...I tried buddy, it was on hell of a run you made though....I made the same attempt not to long after yours...Our plan of covering fire from the back kinda fell apart and it seems like I was the only one covering you....

    Anyways good job to all....

    Re: WAW: my response

This was my first trip to Battlefront and my first scenario. Wow, what a great way to make a lasting impression. A huge thanks to Arc Troopers, Battlefront Paintball, and last but certainly not least, Aquateen and the Jap Army. We were victorious, the hard work paid off. I especially thought switching the bases around was a fair thing to do. It was a long walk to respawn the first game. The teams special powers seemed to work out good. I know those shields came in handy a few times. I hope this is only the beginning of a great run of large scenarios Arc Troppers and Battlefront put on. I'm sure it was a lot of hard work, but judging by the turnout and general atmosphere, it was well worth it. Thanks again.

Outstanding Event ! Thank yall very much for hosting such a solid event. It was a whole lotta fun and it was great to meet so many cool people.

One minor, minor, minor detail. Could the judges rescore the event and include the 3 times we got down the British flag by the creek (there was never a judge there when this happened) and then send all of the Germans a nice victory email :)

The Dog Soldiers of Illinois plan on being at W@W again in 2009. Great Event ! Thanks so much !

    Re: WAW: my response

I personally recorded 7 seperate times the british flag was pulled.5 by the Satellite dish, and twice at the pallet city by the creek.

Even if i added 3 more to this, it wouldn't change the places at all.  Everytime the rocket went off flags were checked.  Every 15 minutes to be precise.  Thats where I was going on the golf cart constantly.

    Re: WAW: my response

I was at the British flag next to the creek almost the entire time, and I am pretty sure it only went down twice.  Unless it went down when I was out one time, and was back up by the time I came back in.  Either way, tons of fun trying to defend that thing.....with three people....

    Re: WAW: my response

I believe the Jap and German flags never fell.

    Japs 44,000

    Germans 8400

USA 31,400  (there was a mistake on a Merc purchase that accounts for the score told here and the one i told you guys at the field. My bad)

    British 33,000

    Re: WAW: my response

The Jap flag was dropped once by a spy. He wasn't very sneaky about taking it, as there were Japs all around him when he did. He was shot promptly and the flag returned.
