Calendar of Events

Battlefront Paintball is open every weekend.
During the winter we are only open Saturdays.

The largest turnouts are usually during special events like the ones posted below. If you are looking for smaller teams try coming out on one of the "off" weekends.

During private events, walk-on players may be allowed to play with the private group at the private groups discretion. If the group chooses to play by themselves, there will be other areas of the field open for walk-on players.

July 11, 2009	4th Anniversay Picnic
	I know EVERYONE loved the food our big time Italian Chef put together for last years picnic. He'll be back and I told him this time to plan on about 4 times as much food next year. I couldn't believe the shark attack that hit the buffet in July. THIS WILL BE A DAWN-TO-DUSK EVENT, which will allow more time for paintball after we are done with the cookout. Stays light until 8:30 so why not make a day of it. LOTS of games and prizes planned for this one so mark your calendar.

July 18, 2009	AIRSOFT
	Looks like an Airsoft game is gonna break out on Saturday July 18, 2009. Deposits have been paid and the field is reserved. Anyone interested might want to drop an email to paljr@lydenoil.com for details! This is the Saturday after our 4th Anniversary Picnic.

August 22, 2009	Ia Drang
	The first Ia Drang was so popular we are planning a huge "expansion pact" for this one. For starters, we'll be passing out lots of the new grenades to be used as trip-wire booby traps. Artillery will be improved and much more accurate, the NVA will have their own commanders, we'll use the ambulance to Medivac wounded,(less walking-faster respawn) Green Berets will be available to counter NVA Sappers and maybe rescue the lost platoon, copters will be "armed" when landing troops, NVA will have RPG's (could make life difficult for a copter) NVA can attack multiple objectives, American recon can try to capture NVA General Huu, VC will have "tunnels" they can use to pop up very close to American lines, at some point the lost platoon may try to fight there way out of the encirclement, etc. In this expanded version, Americans will also be hiking across country in an attempt to reach LZ-Alpha...and the NVA will be in position to ambush them...unless General Huu is captured and forced to blab. This will be a GREAT battle! Oh yeah...when you pre-reg you can choose to join: US Army, US Army Helo Pilot(armed) Green Beret, Lost Platoon, NVA, NVA Sapper(These guys will have the RPG's), NVA Tunnel Rat.

September 19, 2009	Band of Brothers
	1st Strike is on point for a second Band of Brothers fall event. No details yet, but we'll let you know as soon as we can. Mark your calendar....this will be a great game.

October 24, 2009	Enemy at the Gates
	ARC TROOPERS PAINTBALL PRODUCTIONS will be producing this event. It's sure to be a great game! Based on the movie with a few twists. The film focuses on the role Russian snipers played in this epic struggle, and while they will still play a pivotal role in BOTH armies efforts, the other battles that ultimately decided the outcome of this conflict will also be raging. There were two battles that lasted months. One was for control of the tractor factory in the industrial heart of the city, and the other was for the high ground that overlooked the Volga River where Russian reinforcements and supplies were staged. I would expect the struggle for the Tractor Factory to seem like one huge, "Reichstag" game with both forces constantly pouring men and materials into the battle to acheive victory. The entire length of Heartbreak Ridge will see extensive development this year, making the battle for the Volga as intense as anything yet seen at Battlefront. While these battles rage, the Russian army will be preparing for an encirclement of the city, and the Germans will be planning on how to prevent it...or how to breakthrough if the city is surrounded. There will be a one-time Stalingrad Victory patch issued to the winners of this game....and they will have earned it!! Details as they become available.
